For this whole home renovation, we transformed our client’s home into a bright, open-concept space that perfectly reflects her vision for a modern living environment. Starting from the bare studs, we merged four separate rooms into one cohesive and expansive floor plan. After installing a massive LVL beam to support the structure and completing the necessary mechanical work, we upgraded the insulation throughout the walls and attic for enhanced comfort and energy efficiency.

The kitchen and dining area were brought to life with custom millwork, quartz countertops, and state-of-the-art café appliances. The bathroom was beautifully reimagined with a custom-tiled shower, a stylish vanity, and thoughtful details. Throughout the home, we added automated blinds, new flooring, and a truly unique custom furniture piece crafted from her family’s piano, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern functionality. The result is a stunning, updated space tailored to her lifestyle.
