This project aimed to create a comfortable and functional living space for our clients’ mother, who would be staying with them for extended periods. Their wish list included an office, a home gym, two bathrooms, an entertaining area, a wet bar, and a games room—designed as a flexible, multi-purpose space. To accommodate a new powder room on the main floor, we relocated the washer and dryer to the basement.

Completing the project promptly was critical to ensure the space was ready for their elderly mother’s move-in.

Through strategic scheduling and the use of our project management software, we maintained excellent communication with the clients and coordinated the work efficiently. We completed the project ahead of schedule, with minimal disruption to their busy lifestyle. The result was a thoughtfully designed space that perfectly balances comfort, functionality, and flexibility.
