Built in the early 1990s, this home had remained untouched for decades, leaving it with a dated floor plan and finishes that no longer suited the lifestyle of its owners. The goal was to modernize the space while improving functionality, flow, and aesthetics across the main floor, including the kitchen, dining room, living room, and powder room.

To achieve this transformation, we removed interior walls to create a more open and cohesive layout. The dining room was relocated to the former sitting room, allowing for a much larger and more functional kitchen design. The kitchen became the star of the renovation, featuring custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a stunning full-height quartz backsplash, and an expansive island that serves as a central hub for entertaining and family gatherings.

In the living room, we maintained the warm and inviting atmosphere with updated finishes and improved layout, enhancing its role as a comfortable gathering space. The powder room also received a complete refresh.

Throughout the main floor, attention was given to every detail, from new flooring and modern lighting to thoughtfully integrated storage solutions. The result is a beautifully reimagined space that balances form and function, providing the homeowners with a stylish, practical, and welcoming home that meets the demands of modern living.
