To create a better layout, we relocated the furnace, opening up the basement for a more practical and spacious design. The renovation features a brand-new three-piece bathroom, providing much-needed convenience for the family. A rec room was thoughtfully designed with custom entertainment millwork, complete with built-in storage and shiplap accent walls that add character and texture to the space.
The finished basement also includes a cozy study nook, ideal for homework, reading, or quiet focus time. This transformation not only addressed the family’s need for additional space but also enhanced the home’s overall functionality and comfort.
