Our clients envisioned transforming their outdated early 1990s floor plan into a sleek, modern, open-concept home. The builder-grade finishes were showing their age, and the goal was to elevate the overall aesthetic with new flooring, custom millwork, quartz countertops, and natural wood accents.

One of the biggest challenges was relocating the existing fireplace to accommodate island seating. The back of the relocated fireplace was designed as a custom coffee bar, featuring elegant millwork. Balancing fireplace clearance requirements with enough space for the coffee bar was no small feat, but through creative framing and drywall work, we successfully gained the extra inches needed to make it all fit seamlessly.

The result was a stunning main floor renovation that is as functional as it is inviting. Key features include a gas fireplace, a black metal handrail, quartz countertops, custom millwork, a stylish coffee bar, and a spacious island designed for entertaining. The space is now warm, welcoming, and perfectly tailored to modern living.
