The primary goal for this bathroom renovation was to transform it into a true, dedicated bathroom space. For years, the room had been shared with a washer and dryer, which made it both impractical and unappealing. By relocating the laundry appliances to the basement, we were able to reclaim the valuable square footage and reimagine the space with a more functional layout.

This change allowed for the installation of a spacious double vanity, enhancing both storage and convenience. We also swapped the position of the tub and toilet to improve the flow of the space, making it feel larger and more accessible. To elevate the overall experience, we added heated tile floors, custom millwork, and a beautifully tiled tub surround featuring a large niche for added storage.

What was once a cramped and cluttered space is now a luxurious, functional bathroom that truly shines. From zero to hero, this transformation exceeded all expectations.
