Project Cordova is a full home renovation of a charming 1928 River Heights residence, meticulously redesigned for a growing multi-generational family. Structural changes allowed the expansion and opening of the kitchen, creating a bright central space with improved flow for everyday living and entertaining.

Updates throughout the home included the addition of two mudrooms, a redesigned laundry room, fully renovated bathrooms on both the main floor and second floor, along with a refreshed powder room. New flooring, updated radiators, custom handrail details, a tiled back entry, and new basement carpeting helped modernize the home while maintaining its original character. The basement was also reimagined to include a dedicated play area for the family’s children. We ensured every element was perfect to deliver this flawless transformation.
