Kingsway

Kingsway

Project Kingsway was all about transforming potential into functionality. The homeowners had recently purchased this property, and while it had great bones, it was missing a key feature for their busy lifestyle: a main-floor bathroom. With young kids and a growing need for practical spaces, we reworked the layout to better suit their day-to-day. By removing an underused butler’s pantry, we were able to create two purposeful new areas: a custom mudroom with built-in millwork and a much-needed powder room. At the same time, we added custom cabinetry in the dining area to match the existing kitchen, complete with floating shelves and integrated LED strip lighting. A beautiful new tile backsplash above the range tied the entire kitchen together. The result is a more functional, organized main floor with plenty of storage and clearly defined spaces that support the rhythm of family life.
