Project Mulvey transformed an underused, dated space into a highly functional and inviting extension of the home. The project included a new four-piece bathroom, a carefully designed laundry room with ample storage, and a dedicated music room with French doors, allowing the space to shift seamlessly between private rehearsals and entertaining. Soundproofing was installed throughout to support music production, while a custom bar and hidden storage beneath the stairs maximize every square foot. Updated windows, a new staircase, and upgraded mechanicals completed this comprehensive renovation, delivering a basement designed for both everyday living and creative expression.
