Our clients had recently moved into their family home and quickly realized that the main floor layout just didn’t fit their long-term needs. Since this is their forever home, they wanted to make it truly their own, both functional and timeless. We opened up the space by removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living area, completely transforming the flow of the main floor. New windows and exterior doors were added to bring in more natural light and strengthen the connection to the outdoors. We also installed new flooring throughout, custom millwork, quartz countertops, a new gas fireplace with a tile surround, and created dedicated spaces like a mudroom and a walk-in pantry perfect for Costco runs. Every detail was designed with both everyday living and lasting comfort in mind, giving this family a beautiful, practical home they’ll enjoy for years to come.
