This full home remodel in Lindenwoods was designed for a busy household of five & their small pups.

The family loves to gather, host, and spend time together. The existing layout felt restrictive and lacked the storage needed for everyday family life, making functionality a top priority throughout the renovation.

We completed extensive structural work, including the installation of a metal I-beam, to open up the main floor and create a seamless connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Flooring was replaced throughout the home with engineered hardwood, complemented by durable tile at the entrance and mudroom. A fully revamped mudroom now offers smart, functional storage, while thoughtful built-ins throughout the home ensure everything has its place.

The transformation was elevated with a striking new fireplace cladded in large slabs, updated handrails, and all new light fixtures. In the living room, picture mouldings were added to bring depth and character to the vaulted wall. The result is a beautifully refreshed home that feels open, welcoming, new, and perfectly suited to this family’s lifestyle.
