It is becoming more common to bring family members closer together, and this project was no different.

The basement was not developed so we created a large bedroom for our client’s mother, along with a large and functional three piece bathroom. For those who work from home, we went wall-to-wall with glass to encapsulate a home gym and a home office with ample space and sound deadening insulation. Additionally, a walk-up basement bar helped to provide more storage as well as a spot to serve up cold beverages for guests and family.
