There is lots of history in this beautiful home with endless character. It was important for our clients, and for us, to keep the essence of the home alive even though the full main floor was affected by this substantial renovation. 

Originally the kitchen was tucked away near the back entrance and allowed only 1-2 people to be in the kitchen at the same time. This main floor required an extensive overhaul: widening openings, removing walls (load bearing and non), creating an ensuite where one did not exist and expanding the kitchen. Our wonderful clients were so pleased with the main floor and we are now renovating their basement as well.
